How do we plan the day?

What if our day runs past 10 hours?

Every collection covers up to 10 hours. If you need more, I can stay longer, and you can pay for the extra hours after the wedding.

Will we notice you during the wedding?

Hardly. I film quietly and keep out of the way. As one couple put it on Yelp: “We hardly even noticed they were there during the wedding…”

How do you record the vows and speeches?

I record clean audio for the vows and speeches, so every word comes through clearly. Sound matters as much as the picture.

Do you take photos too?

Yes. I’m a photographer as well as a videographer, so you can add photos to any collection: one team, one look, film and stills that match.

What’s the pre-wedding shoot?

A fun way to see how I work before the big day, included with Gold and Platinum. Once you’ve paid your deposit, choose a place you love, and we’ll make a one-minute video or do a photo shoot with 10 edited photos.

When will we get our film?

Within two to four weeks, depending on your collection. Platinum weddings get priority in the edit. A wedding day means hours of footage, and I go through all of it to find the best moments.

Can we ask for changes?

Yes. Every collection includes one round of changes, so small fixes, like cutting a shot of your aunt eating in the background, are free.

Do we get the raw footage?

Yes. Bring an external hard drive, and everything my team and I shoot is yours.

Can we choose the music?

Yes, from a licensed library, so your film can be shared online without being muted or taken down.

Can you film with a drone?

Often, yes. FAA rules limit where drones can fly, so I check your venue on a map first to make sure it’s allowed and safe.

Do you work with our photographer?

Always. I keep out of their shots, and we agree on a plan before the wedding.

Do you travel?

Yes. I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I travel for weddings beyond it too. Tell me where yours is, and I’ll include any travel in your quote.

What happens if you’re sick on the wedding day?

I’ll arrange a trusted backup videographer to film in my place, and I’ll still edit your film myself.
